The System of registration of legal entities "One stop shop" for the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The “One stop shop” system

Client:

The Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Purpose:

Simplification of registration process of the commercial enterprises through information system of the Ministry of Taxes together with information systems and databases of other authorities’ involved enterprises. All necessary documents for registration can be obtained now by the appeal of the registered person to the Ministry of Taxes which system provides acquisition of the documentation from other state bodies. The main specification of this system is the full integration with systems of other governmental bodies. 

Subsystems and modules:

·    Integration with İAMAS (MIA)

·    Integration with system state treasuries

·     Integration with the State Committee of Statistics 

·     State Customs Service

·     State Fond of Social Protection

·     Integration with Banks

As a result, interaction process between state bodies and taxpayers becomes more transparent and active. Registration process at this step doesn’t take a lot of time and doesn’t mention a large number of employees in the course of registration.
