Cybernet company awarded a prestigious IT-certificate

Cybernet company announced the successful completion of the project to improve the management system of IT services in accordance with the requirements of the international standard “ISO / IEC 20000: 1-2011”.

ISO/IEC 2000 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS.  This standard was created in 2005. In 2011, the ISO 20000 standard was updated - a new edition of “ISO / IEC 20000: 2011” was issued, taking into account the technical improvements.

Conformity with the “ISO / IEC-20000-1: 2011” standard guarantees Cybernet's customers and partners quality, continuity and security of services in accordance with international standards.

The certificate of conformity confirms that Cybernet is successfully implementing the task - to create and maintain an effective management system.

We would like to especially note that Cybernet is one of the first IT companies in Azerbaijan rewarded to “ISO 20000: 1-2011”.
